Mixed Berry Smoothie
Ingredients: Makes 2-3 servings (8oz servings)
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 1/2 – 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 scoops of protein powder
Combine frozen fruit and milk in blender.
Blend until reach desired consistency. May need to add additional almond milk.
Add protein powder. Pulse until protein powder is blended well. Enjoy!
