Yellow Rice
Ingredients: Makes 6-8 servings
2 cups uncooked Basmati rice
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp Turmeric spice
4 cups water
1 tsp Better Than Bouillon low sodium chicken stock paste (optional)
Directions:
In a sauce pan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil
Add Better Than Bouillon low sodium chicken stock paste. Stir until dissolved.
Add rice, Turmeric spice, and olive oil. Stir well.
Cover and reduce heat to simmer.
Cook for 15-20 minutes or until water is absorbed.
Once cooked, fluff the rice with a fork. Enjoy!
