    Once you sign up, you will receive access to all program resources, including the healthy lifestyle guide, meal planning guide, kitchen & cooking resources, and bonus recipe e-books. These resources are available online and can be accessed at any time.

    Our meal plans focus on plant-based, whole foods, which can easily be adapted to accommodate various dietary restrictions and allergies. We provide substitution suggestions and tips to help you modify the recipes as needed. We will address any dietary restrictions or allergies during our nutrition consultation session prior to developing your nutrition plan.
  • Can I cancel my meal plan program at anytime?
    Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time, no questions asked or sales pitch to stay. If you have purchased our monthly plan, you will have access until the end of that period. If you purchased our annual plan, you will have access to the program until the end of your plan period.
  • What is the refund policy?
    There are no refunds. Balance & Thrive Program is an information product and can not be returned. We are confident, by following the program and learning healthier eating and lifestyle habits, you will be successful in your health/weight loss journey. If you would like to cancel your membership, cancel from your client portal or feel free to email us at maleka@betterchoices.co.
