Being from New Orleans, we LOVE to eat! Our extreme passion for food is deep rooted in our black, Louisiana culture. It was important to us to not have to sacrifice foods we loved for foods that were unfamiliar in order to bring about better health, wellness, and sustainable weight loss.
We realized early in our process of creating a healthier lifestyle, our love for food would not change. After a lot of research, recipe reworkings, and good old fashion trial and error, we created our Let's Cook! Healthy Cookbook series.
