Baked BBQ Turkey Meatballs

Baked Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients: Makes 15 servings

  • 2lbs ground turkey

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoons granulated garlic

  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 3/4 cup BBQ sauce

  • sea salt and pepper



Directions:

  1. Preheat an oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Mixed ground turkey, olive oil, garlic, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and 1/4 bbq sauce. Roll out 15 3-4oz meatballs and arrange on a prepared baking sheet (spray with non-stick cooking spray).

  3. Bake until meatballs have browned and are no longer pink on the inside, about 30 minutes. Top with BBQ sauce and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.

Enjoy with veggies, salad, or make a delicious meatball sandwich.
