Baked Chicken Nuggets
Ingredients: Makes 4-6 servings
1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1-2 cups Italian seasoned panko crumbs
1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp granulated garlic
1 tbsp paprika
sea salt and black pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut chicken breasts into 1 1/2-inch sized pieces.
Season chicken with sea salt, pepper, paprika, granulated garlic, and parsley.
In one medium bowl, add almond milk. Season with paprika, garlic, salt, black pepper. Whisk well.
In shallow bowl or dish, add your panko crumbs.
Dip chicken nuggets into the almond milk, then coat chicken with panko crumbs. Set aside. You can chill in freezer prior to baking or you can bake immediately.
Place well coated chicken pieces on lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
