Delicious and Easy Oven Roasted Chicken Wings: No Sauce Required

Ingredients: Makes 4-6 servings

  • 2 lbs of chicken wings, halved at joint (parts 1 & 2)

  • 1-2 tablespoons Extra Virgin olive oil

  • 2 teaspoons granulated garlic

  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon Weber Kick n' Chicken

  • 1 teaspoon Weber Jalapeno Popper Garlic Seasoning

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt and black pepper

  • optional: Kinders Prime Steak with Black Garlic and Truffle (trust us!)


  1. Use paper towels to pat the chicken wings dry. Place wings in large mixing bowl.

  2. Combine granulated garlic, paprika, and Weber seasoning in small bowl.

  3. In mixing bowl, drizzle oil on chicken. Mix well.

  4. Season chicken with seasoning blend. Marinate for minimum 30 minutes.

  5. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F

  6. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

  7. Arrange wings in single layer on baking sheet.

  8. Optional: sprinkle with Kinders Prime Steak with Black Garlic seasoning

  9. Bake on the middle oven rack for 30 minutes.

  10. Remove wings from oven. Flip. Bake for another 25-30 minutes or until desired crispness.

  11. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes. Sauce optional.
