Watermelon Sorbet
Ingredients: Makes 2 servings
2 cups watermelon, cubed
1 tbs fat free condensed milk
Directions:
Add watermelon and condensed milk to a blender. Blend well.
*If you have the Ninja Creami, add watermelon chunks and condensed milk to Creami container. Smash fruit and mix well.
Put lid on the container and freeze Ninja Creami containter for 24 hours.
When ready to spin, remove Ninja Creami container from freezer. Allow to sit on counter for 5 minutes. This allows for the mixture to defrost slightly and not adhere to the sides of container when blended.
Place in Ninja Creami outer bowl.
Select "Sorbet"
Optional: Select "Re-Spin" to blend sorbet to desired consistency.
Remove the pint. Enjoy! *If you don't have a Ninja Creami, no worries. Freeze your watermelon. Once frozen, add frozen watermelon chunks and condensed milk to blender. Blend until desired consistency is reached.
