Grilled Herb Chicken Breast

Ingredients: Makes 4 servings


  • 1 lb skinless & boneless chicken breast halves (pounded to 1/2-inch thickness)

  • 1-2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tsp granulated garlic

  • 2 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tbsp sweet basil

  • 1 tbsp dried parsley

  • sea salt and black pepper


Directions:

  1. Spray a grill or nonstick grill pan with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat.

  2. Rub chicken breasts with olive oil.

  3. Combine garlic, paprika, basil, parsley, sea salt and black pepper.

  4. Season chicken evenly with seasoning and herb blend.

  5. Grill until chicken is cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.

  6. Remove from heat, let rest for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
