Roasted Cauliflower




Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients: Makes 4-6 servings

  • 1 head cauliflower, separated into florets

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

  • 2 tsp paprika

  • 2 tsp chili powder

  • 2 tsp fresh parsley

  • sea salt & black pepper to taste


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.

  2. Spray baking pan(s) with non-stick cooking spray.

  3. Place cauliflower in large mixing bowl.

  4. Toss with coconut oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and chili powder. Stir to coat well.

  5. Pour cauliflower in single layer on baking pan.

  6. Place in the oven to roast for 30 minutes. Check tenderness of cauliflower. Roasting times may vary.

  7. Add additional parsley to garnish. Enjoy!
