Spicy Herb Chicken Breasts

Ingredients: Makes 6 servings

  • 1 lb boneless/skinless chicken breasts, sliced in half (6 breasts)

  • 2-3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tsp Goya® Adobo

  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper

  • 2 tsp black pepper

  • 2 tbsp parsley


Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together the Adobo, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and parsley.

  2. Season both sides of chicken breasts with seasoning mix and set aside for about 5 minutes.

  3. Place seasoned chicken breasts inside ziploc bag. Use meat tenderizer and pound chicken breasts until thin.

  4. In large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil.

  5. Cook chicken breasts for about 8-10 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.

  6. Serve with steamed vegetables, add to your favorite salads, sandwich, or wrap.
