Healthy Dinner Under 60 Minutes
Spicy Herb Chicken Breasts
Ingredients:
Makes 6 servings
1 lb boneless/skinless chicken breasts, sliced in half (6 breasts)
2-3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp Goya® Adobo
2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp parsley
Directions:
In a bowl, mix together the Adobo, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and parsley.
Season both sides of chicken breasts with seasoning mix and set aside for about 5 minutes.
Place seasoned chicken breasts inside ziploc bag. Use meat tenderizer and pound chicken breasts until thin.
In large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil.
Cook chicken breasts for about 8-10 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.
Serve with steamed vegetables, add to your favorite salads, sandwich, or wrap.
