The Pursuit of Health: A Multifaceted Approach To Better Health, Weight Loss, and Disease Prevention

"If you think the pursuit of good health is expensive and time consuming, try illness." -Lee Swanson

We’re often asked how have we been able to stay consistent over 16 years…

For us, the answer is simple.

We pursue health.

For many years, we pursued weight loss. That pursuit, because of its narrow focus, never yielded success. Most times, the pursuit of weight loss only yielded temporary results with life long frustrations. The pursuit of weight loss almost, always ended with reverting back to what was “normal,” comfortable, and comforting.

It wasn’t until we shifted our thinking and decided we would pursue health.

The pursuit of health is life long.

It’s a daily pursuit of health focused on the small things that yield consistent results…

  • Like eating more 🍎🍊🍇🍉🫐

  • Like eating more 🥬🥦🥕🌽🥗

  • Like drinking more 💦

  • Like reducing🧂🍪 🍹🍾

  • Like prioritizing 🏋🏾‍♀️🧘🏾‍♀️

  • Like protecting your ✌🏾

  • Like getting 🛌

  • Like 🧑🏾‍🍳 more meals at 🏠…

These small things allow sustainable weight loss to take care of itself. Hence, your pursuit of health becomes your lifestyle.

Everyday, we are in full pursuit of our best selves…beginning inside out.
