Ground Turkey Burger

Healthy Lunch Under 30 Minutes

Apple Walnut Salad

Ingredients: Makes 2 servings

  • 1 cup baby spinach

  • 1 cup arugula

  • 2 cups Spring Mix or field greens

  • 1 small green apple, chopped

  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots

  • 1/4 cup walnuts, lightly toasted

  • Balasamic Vinaigrette Dressing


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Place walnuts in single layer on cooking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until lightly toasted

  3. Place greens in a large bowl.

  4. Add carrots and apples. Sprinkle with walnuts.

  5. Top with Balasamic Vinaigrette Dressing or dressing of choice.
