Blueberry Chia Seed Pudding
Discover the perfect high fiber and protein snack with our blueberry chia seed pudding recipe. This blueberry chia seed pudding is both delicious and nutritious!
Ingredients: Makes 2 servings
1 1/3 cup of milk of preference
1 cup blueberries
2 Oikos Pro Greek Yogurt Vanilla (5.3oz)
4 tbsp Chia Seeds (organic)
1 tbsp honey, maple syrup, or coconut condensed milk
Whipped Cream or Cool Whip
Camp 8 Almond Praline Trailmix (or granola of choice)
Fresh blueberries
Directions:
Add the milk, blueberries, honey, and greek yogurt to a blender and blend well until combined.
Pour the blueberry base mixture into a medium-sized bowl and add the chia seeds. Whisk well to combine. Divide into smaller jars or bowls and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to thicken.
Top with additional blueberries, granola, whipped cream, and honey if desired. Enjoy!
