Mixed Berry Almond Parfait

Ingredients: Makes 2 servings

  • 2 5.3oz Oikos Mixed Berry Greek Yogurt

  • 1 cup Kashi GoLean® Crunch Honey Almond Flax (can use Granola)

  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries

  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries

  • 1/4 cup fresh blackberries

  • 2 tbsp almond slices (optional)

  • Whipped cream topping (optional)


Directions:

  1. Layer each parfait cup with 1/4c Kashi, 1/4c mixed berries, 1/2 tbsp almonds, 3 tbsp yogurt. Repeat.

  2. Top with whipped cream and remaining almond slices.
