Mixed Berry Almond Parfait
Ingredients: Makes 2 servings
2 5.3oz Oikos Mixed Berry Greek Yogurt
1 cup Kashi GoLean® Crunch Honey Almond Flax (can use Granola)
1/2 cup fresh strawberries
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup fresh blackberries
2 tbsp almond slices (optional)
Whipped cream topping (optional)
Directions:
Layer each parfait cup with 1/4c Kashi, 1/4c mixed berries, 1/2 tbsp almonds, 3 tbsp yogurt. Repeat.
Top with whipped cream and remaining almond slices.
