Chicken Pasta Bake

Healthy Snacks Under 30 Minutes

Fresh Pico de Gallo

Ingredients: Makes 8 servings

  • 6 fresh ripe tomatoes, chopped

  • 1/2 red onion, chopped

  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped

  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped (can use jar peppers)

  • 1/4 cup cilantro

  • 1 tbsp parsley

  • 1-2 tbsp fresh lime juice

  • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic or garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin

  • sea salt and black pepper (to taste)


Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Serve pico de gallo with chips, add to wraps, tacos, or eggs.
