Healthy Snacks Under 30 Minutes
Fresh Pico de Gallo
Ingredients:
Makes 8 servings
6 fresh ripe tomatoes, chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped (can use jar peppers)
1/4 cup cilantro
1 tbsp parsley
1-2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp granulated garlic or garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
sea salt and black pepper (to taste)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl.
Serve pico de gallo with chips, add to wraps, tacos, or eggs.
