Healthy Snacks Under 30 Minutes
Kale and Mango Smoothie
Ingredients:
Makes 2 servings
1 cup frozen pineapples, strawberries, peaches, and mango fruit
1 medium banana
2 cups kale, chopped
1 cup Almond Milk (vanilla), unsweetened
Directions:
Place strawberries, banana, kale, and almond milk into a blender.
Blend until smooth. If smoothie too thick, add additional almond milk to reach desired consistency.
