Simple Fruit Salad

Simple Fruit Salad

Ingredients: Makes 3 servings (8oz servings)

  • 1 1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 cup pineapples (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin flax seed granola (can use your favorite granola or cereal)

  • 3 tablespoons whipped cream or cool whip (optional)

  • Garnish with mint leaves



Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, and pineapples.

  2. Chill for 1 hour before serving.

  3. To assemble, serve in small bowls. Top each fruit salad with whipped topping & granola.

  4. Garnish with mint. Enjoy.
