Spicy Chicken Tenders
Ingredients:
Makes 4 servings
1lb boneless/skinless chicken tenderloins
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon sweet basil
sea salt and black pepper
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix paprika, granulated garlic, chili powder, salt, pepper, and sweet basil.
Coat chicken with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Season both sides of chicken tenders with spice mix.
In large skillet, heat olive oil and saute chicken tenders over medium heat, approximately 3-4 minutes per side.
Garnish with fresh or dried parsley. Serve with your favorite sides.
