Spicy Chicken Tenders

Ingredients: Makes 4 servings

  • 1lb boneless/skinless chicken tenderloins

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon paprika

  • 1 tablespoon granulated garlic

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder

  • 1 tablespoon sweet basil

  • sea salt and black pepper


  1. In a small bowl, mix paprika, granulated garlic, chili powder, salt, pepper, and sweet basil.

  2. Coat chicken with 1 tablespoon olive oil.

  3. Season both sides of chicken tenders with spice mix.

  4. In large skillet, heat olive oil and saute chicken tenders over medium heat, approximately 3-4 minutes per side.

  5. Garnish with fresh or dried parsley. Serve with your favorite sides.
