Strawberry Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients: Makes 3 servings

  • 3 medium bananas, cut in 1" pieces, freeze overnight

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

Directions:

  1. Blend bananas and strawberries in blender or food processor until the fruit becomes creamy. You will need to scrape the sides several times, as you blend, to make sure everything mixes well. Depending upon your blender, you will need to blend on medium-high for several minutes until it the bananas reach a creamy consistency.

  2. Serve immediately or you can place ice cream in a glass container and freeze. We recommend re-blending after freezing when ready to eat.
