High Protein + High Probiotic Recipe:

3-Ingredient High Protein Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients: Makes 2 servings

  • 1 cup blueberries, blackberries, and pomegranates (frozen)

  • 1 (5.3 oz) Oikos Triple Zero High Protein Greek Vanilla Yogurt

  • 1/2-1 cup Lifeway Strawberry Kefir



Directions:

  1. Blend all blueberry smoothie ingredients together. Enjoy!
