Healthy + Simple Dessert Recipe:

5-Ingredient Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Frozen Treats


Ingredients: Makes 6-8 servings

  • 1 1/4 cup (2- 5.7oz cups or 300g) Oikos PRO Vanilla Greek Yogurt

  • 1/4 cup - 1/3 cup Natural Peanut Butter

  • 1-2 tablespoons honey

  • 2 tablespoons almonds, chopped

  • 1 7oz Baker's Real Milk Dipping Chocolate, melted

  • Optional: Peanut Butter, melted for drizzle



Directions:

  1. Mix yogurt, peanut butter, and honey. Mixture will thicken.

  2. Scoop yogurt and place on parchment paper or mixture can be added in popcicle molds.

  3. Freeze yogurt treats over night.

  4. Melt chocolate (can add a little coconut oil to it before melting).

  5. Coat each treat in chocolate. Top with chopped almonds.

  6. Options: Drizzle peanut butter once chocolate has set.

  7. Freeze treats long enough for chocolate to set. Enjoy!
