Rice Cakes with Cream Cheese & Berries

Ingredients: Makes 2 servings

  • 2 Quaker Carmel Rice Cakes

  • 1-2oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese or Greek cream cheese

  • Fresh or frozen strawberries & blueberries

Tip: If using frozen berries, allow the berries to thaw, making it's own natural juices. Drizzling honey is optional for added sweetness.


Directions:

  1. Top each rice cake with 1/2oz of cream cheese.

  2. Add fruit topping

  3. Optional: Drizzle with honey or sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy!
