Rice Cakes with Cream Cheese & Berries
Ingredients: Makes 2 servings
2 Quaker Carmel Rice Cakes
1-2oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese or Greek cream cheese
Fresh or frozen strawberries & blueberries
Tip: If using frozen berries, allow the berries to thaw, making it's own natural juices. Drizzling honey is optional for added sweetness.
Top each rice cake with 1/2oz of cream cheese.
Add fruit topping
Optional: Drizzle with honey or sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy!
