Perfect Summer Fruit Salad
Ingredients:
Makes 4 servings
2 cups cubed fresh pineapple
1 kiwi, peeled and cubed
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup pomegranates
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoons honey
Directions:
Add all fruit to the bowl.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over fruit.
Drizzle honey over fruit.
Mix well.
Cover and refrigerate fruit salad for minimum 30 minutes before serving.
