Healthy + Simple Snack Recipe:

The Perfect Summer Fruit Salad


Ingredients: Makes 4 servings

  • 2 cups cubed fresh pineapple

  • 1 kiwi, peeled and cubed

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1/2 cup pomegranates

  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoons honey



Directions:

  1. Add all fruit to the bowl.

  2. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over fruit.

  3. Drizzle honey over fruit.

  4. Mix well.

  5. Cover and refrigerate fruit salad for minimum 30 minutes before serving.
